In partnership with the National Inventors Hall of Fame, LISD is pleased to offer Camp Invention: Spark. The camp features an exciting, weeklong summer adventure exploring science, technology, engineering, and innovation. Camp Invention: Spark is coached by LISD teachers in two, one-week sessions for children entering grades K–6. This year we are hosting week one at and week two at . Register to attend either week that fits your child’s summer needs. Cost per week is $310 and the camp runs from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. each day.
The National Inventors Hall of Fame started as an educational outreach program at two schools in 1990. In 1999 it became a joint project with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Since its inception, Camp Invention has expanded to schools nationwide. ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿ÚÃâ·Ñ¹Û¿´ has hosted summer Camp Inventions since the summer of 2002.
